Introducing the MQQN Gauges sold by MQQN Equipment Company.
These are gauges sold in the time of Dean Moon. One use to be able to find them in a swap meet about10 years ago, but nowadays with the Hot Rod Boom in the USA, old Hot Rod related parts are getting hard to find.
The 4 gauges set up in the picture on the far side are made in the USA gauges with 2-1/16" size for small gauges. They have thin trim bezels around on the edge of the gauges that they dont make in current models. The old S/W gauges were made like that which were cleverly made with thin bezels. This US gauge has a MOON Equipped logo print which indicates it must be a very old model from the early days.
On the near left side in the case signed by Dean MOON is a MQQN Durometer, Rubber Hardness Tester, and on the side is the Jones/Motorola Made MQQN Mechanical Tachometer 10,000RPM. Back in the days, Jones was the most popular mechanical meters and used by many race cars. Race cars such as CamAm had this Jones shining in their cockpit.
On the side is the Air Density Gauge, which measures density of the air. As you can see MQQN Equipment was deeply involved in racing as shown by the variey of gauges.
